Skanska begins realization of a second stage of Green Corner investment. It concerns an office building B which is to provide 13 thousand sq. meters of space.
Skanska Property Poland has already signed two contracts with tenants. One of them is to rent a 7 thousand sq. meter office and the other one – 300 sq. meters which is to be turned into a canteen to the building’s users.
LEED pre-certified complex is to consist of 2 sever storey high office buildings. The project was designed by a group of architects directed by Michal Nocun from MW Projekt Biuro Projektowe. The general contractor of the building is Skanska SA, and Skanska Property Poland is responsible for its commercialization. The building works began in February 2011 and it is to be ready to use in the fourth quarter of 2012.
