The partnership, owned by Grupa Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., received a term loan financing building works which totalled 67 940 034 zlotys and 22 943 808 euro. These means will be converted into investment loan amounting to 67 940 034 zlotys and 29 232 808 euro, and revolving credit for the purpose of financing flows related to value added tax which totals 13 400 000 zlotys.
The realization of Domaniewska Office Hub has a noble assumption that it will be an office complex, optimal from both functional and economic sides, perfectly meeting the market’s demands. Obtaining the financing is a crucial step which brings us closer to timely finishing of this investment and bringing it to the tenants – thinks Włodzimierz Stasiak, board member for financing of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
The complex arising at Domaniewska 37 C Street in the neighbourhood of Galeria Mokotów and Wołoska Street will consist of two 7-tiers office buildings class A, which jointly offer ca. 27 000 sq. m of rentable area. On the two-level underground garage will be planned 394 parking places. The investment is being realized according with ecological BREEAM certification’s demands on the Very Good level. Legal building permit on the realization of Domaniewska Office Hub was granted at the end of 2013. Completion of the investment is planned on the turn of II and III quarter of 2015.

The general constructor of Domaniewska Office Hub complex is Unibep partnership. Moreover, Juvenes – Project Sp. z o.o. consortium and DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne are responsible for the architectural project. Director of the structure is ARCADIS/EC Harris, and Cushman & Wakefield company is responsible for commercialization.
