The participation in realization of Port Rybacki is a reason to be proud of, and at the same time it is a big challenge and great responsibility. The development of Gdynia waterfront, according to elaborated together with PHN S.A. project, will allow to revitalize the Mola area and give it an unique character. It will help to create – such a necessary – modern and urban space – said Krzysztof Suskiewicz, chairman of the mLocum S.A. board.
Companies are going to compile together the documentation related to realization of the first stage of investment, which assumes the building of 6 residential structures on properties owned by Dalmor S.A. partnership. The next stages of construction also envisage the building of office and commercial areas. General planned space of a lease will total gross ca. 70 734 sq. m of commercial space and 121 776 sq. m of apartments. The office and residential complex will be built on the plot at Hryniewicki 10 Street, an artificial pier extended into the Gulf of Danzig, surrounded by the sea from three sides. The area is located within Śródmieście district, perceived as the heart of Danzig.
The realization of Port Rybacki is an unique operation by virtue of one of its kind location. The investment will be realized on a large scale, which requires a participation of trusted partners.
