All EU business units of Inter IKEA Property Division were subjected to rebranding.

Inter IKEA Property Division announced a rebranding of nine business units under the name of Vastint. From now on, nine business units of Inter IKEA Property Division are functioning under a common name. These are: SwedeCenter (Poland), Pronam (Holland), Galliford (Belgium), Pinus Proprius (Lithuania), Larix Property (Latvia), Interprime Properties (Romania), LandProp (Great Britain), Vastint Land (Europe) and Inter Hospitality (Europe).

 

Vastint is a common abbreviation for „Vastgoed Internationaal”, which means „international properties” in Dutch. Vastint brand for Inter IKEA Property Division constitutes a kind of a base in the process of a further expansion in the following years. The rebranding is supposed to support development and activity of the organization.

 

Vastint Holding B.V. is a holding partnership in the area of Inter IKEA Property Division which was founded in 1989 in Holland. The company has been constituting a part of Inter IKEA Group since 1989. Its main assumption is to provide perfection and stability to IKEA Concept. The aim of Vastint is to achieve long-term values by investing in the property market. The main pillars of the activity are management of the portfolio and development of commercial designs, including residential and sale projects. 

 

The developer activity in Vastint includes obtaining areas, co-creation of local plans, designing, building and letting. The organization manages properties in Holland, Poland, Belgium, Lithuania, Latvia and Great Britain. Furthermore, the partnership has some areas intended for a further developer development. The organization has also a department, the activity of which is concentrated on development of projects concerning a touristic sector, such as hotels and dormitories.
