The concluding of a contract which transfers the property to a purchaser is planned after the fulfillment of conditions envisaged in the conditional agreement, i.a.: not performing the right of pre-emption by a president in Stalowa Wola; obtaining documents issued by all mortgage creditors who own securities in the form of mortgages including consents to release of all mortgages as well as their removal from land and mortgage registers, gaining a financing by a purchaser, presentation of declarations concerning all tenants and property leaseholders which will indicate that each tenant established or did not establish a payment security of dues entitled to a lessor.
