Hines, which is an international company conducting a business activity on the property market, announced closure of its investment fund – Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) on 10th June 2015. HPSIF obtained total capitalization at the level of 155 010 000 euro.

HPSIF will be engaged in purchasing of properties, enhancing their energetic effectiveness and decreasing emission of pollution through active management. The fund owns three office structures in its portfolio which are located in the Warsaw Mokotów district: Ambassador, Nestlé House and Sky Office.

We are grateful all the investors who accepted our investment strategy. Thanks to support of bank credits, the initial capital will allow us to invest over 300 million euro in chosen office and warehouse structures within the nearest two years – comments Mieczysław Godzisz, Chairman of the Board in Hines Poland.

We envisage that the final capital of the HPSIF fund will enable the purchase of other 5-6 structures, thanks to which Hines will enhance its position as an active investor in Poland – says Leo Chen, Chairman of the HPSIF fund.
