The new tenant of Graffit signed a lease contract for 4800 sq. m of office space. Therefore, the rent level of this building exceeded 25 per cent. Graffit can already boast about a big lease contract at the very early stage of realization.

Hines gained a new tenant in Graffit, with whom the company signed a lease contract for 4800 sq. m of office space. However, Hines has not revealed any detailed information about the contract at tenant's request.

 

We commenced the construction of Graffit in September this year, however, we can already boast about such a big lease contract at the very early stage of realization. The advanced talks confirm that the tenants appreciate both quality and location of our building – says Marci Ratajski, Project Director of Hines.

 

Graffit is being realized in close proximity to the Wilanowska metro station. The building is situated at Domaniewska 28 Street and it is to offer 7 tiers in total within 18 550 sq. m of space class A to its tenants. The building is being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The works at the construction of slurry walls have already been commenced. At present, the trench for a three-tier underground car park with 360 parking places is currently being performed. According to the plans, the commissioning is planned on the first six months of 2018. The general contractor of Graffit is WARBUD SA, whereas mBank SA has granted a construction and investment loan for the realization of the office.
