A four-tier building after the former factory – thanks to activities taken by a private investor Mikołaj Gauer, owner of the Melissa Internet chemist's – will become a modern office. It will be characterized by elevation referring to a factory character of the property with many preserved and historical architectural elements. A chemist's will be located on the ground floor of the building, whereas higher tiers will be intended for letting of local companies.
