PKP wants to sell an office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle

PKP is searching for a potential tenant for an office structure located at Jan Paweł II Avenue in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.

Office with the size of 1940 sq. m is located next to the PKP railway station on the plot with 2267 sq. m in the city center. Except for the office function, the building with over 70 rooms may also perform commercial and service functions. The minimal price set by the company amounts to 2 million zlotys. However, in spite of two announced tenders, a potential purchaser of the structure has not been found yet.

 

PKP has one of the largest bases of properties on the Polish market. Some plots and structures are not important considering business activity of the company. In result, they are put up for sale. Office of such type is located in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. It is worth mentioning that the company reached the income in the amount of 227 million zlotys due to sale of the property in 2014. In the first six months of this year, it totaled 155 million zlotys.
