Garden Plaza – an office structure located in Warsaw – is going to be rebuilt. After completion of works, the office will be performing functions of a private hospital owned by Lux Med Group. The size of the building amounts to nearly 9000 sq. m and it is composed of 4 aboveground tiers and an underground garage. It is located in the neighborhood of Elbląska and Szamocka Streets. According to the initial conception, there were supposed to be office premises as well as commercial and service premises in the building. However, that idea has been rejected and the process of searching for a new purchaser of the building has already started. It was purchased by Lux Med Group at the end of October this year, which has been searching for a headquarters for its new hospital. FB Antczak will be responsible for development of the building and adjustment to a new function. The company was chosen for a general contractor of the investment thanks to its experience in realization of public utility buildings. The completion of the project with the value of nearly 30 million zlotys is planned on 2017.

Lux Med Group is a leader of private medical services in Poland. Over 1.6 million patients benefit from its services and they have over 1700 establishments at their disposal – 180 owned by the Group and ca. 1600 cooperative ones which are located on the area of the whole country.
