Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage owned by Senatorska Investment was presented the statuette „Best Retro-fit/Renovation Development of the Year” in the fifth edition of the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards competition.

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage owned by Senatorska Investment was presented the statuette „Best Retro-fit/Renovation Development of the Year” in the fifth edition of the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards competition. The Warsaw structure won in the category titled the best modernization in Central and Eastern Europe. The condition was to have the BREEAM or LEED ecological certificate. Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage met the condition because it was registered in the BREEAM system and received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Very Good level. The building is situated on the plot at Senatorska Street which has not been occupied since the World War Two. The modernization of the public space was appreciated by an international jury. 

 

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage is a four-tier structure offering 3850 sq. m of office area and over 1600 sq. m of commercial and service area. The author of the project, which was inspired by a classical palace development, is Wojciech Grabianowski, co-owner of the RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky architectural studio.

 

Investment CEE & Green Building Awards were presented to the projects from the region of Central and Eastern Europe which meet all requirements in the area of sustainable development. This year's edition distinguished the most effective investors and companies functioning in the industry of commercial properties as well as office, commercial and warehouse investments.
