Wadowicka 3 is being realized in front of the first office of the investor – Buma Sqaure Business Park. Three 7-floor buildings class A are to be erected within the new investment. Wadowicka 3 will offer more than 31 000 sq. m of office space in total (rentable area of each building amounts to ca. 10 400 sq. m). The ground floor of the buildings will perform a commercial and service function.
The office complex is to be realized within three stages. The first one relates to the building located at the crossroads of Wadowicka and Rydlówka Streets, the construction of which is currently in progress. The general contractor of Wadowicka 3 is Buma Contractor.
Wadowicka 3 is situated in the Podgórze district. The location in the neighborhood of Rondo Matecznego provides a good access to public transport. There is also a bicycle path along Wadowicka Street.
