DOT office complex was sold. The value of this contract is confidential. The purchaser is a global investment company, that is Golden Star Estate. Grupa Buma was represented by JLL consulting company during the sales transaction.
DOT Office is situated at Czerwone Maki 87 Street in the Special Economic Zone “Krakow Technology Park”. It comprises five modern office buildings, which deliver 43 650 sq. m of leasable space. The main tenants are: Shell Business Operations, Motorola Solutions Systems and Ericsson.

DOT Office offers a number of facilities for tenants such as lunch bar, fitness club, relaxation zones, kindergarten, medical clinics as well as commercial and service premises. The complex was designed by Medusa Group and it is currently in the BREEAM certification process at the Excellent level.
