A presentation of the latest investment of Torus Inc. – Alchemia office building took place on 26th of January in Fabryka Batycka in Gdansk.
The program of the event consisted among others of lectures of specialists discussing matters of commercial real estate. The guests also had an opportunity to watch a molecular cuisine show.
Alchemia is a multifunctional complex which is to consist of seven buildings. Six of those buildings are to constitute a common four – storey base, on which there are multi-storey office buildings to be placed. The seventh building is to be the architectural dominant of the complex, rising above Al. Grodzka and Kolobrzeska st. According to the plan the complex is to be accomplished in the third quarter of 2013. Torus has already started their endeavors to get LEED certificate for Alchemia.
