Adgar Investments & Development Ltd. signed a lease agreement with a nursery school, Orange Choo-choo, for lease of premises in the complex Adgar. On the surface of 637 sq.m rise 7 spacious rooms with separate entrance, finished to a high standard, being able to accommodate 100 children. Additionally the nursery school will be equipped with a playground. This will be one of the first kindergartens in the Business Center in Mokotów.

They have to their disposal such facilities as a sports and recreation center (Calypso Fitness Club) with SPA and courts for squash and numerous restaurants and cafes. In addition, Adgar Plaza Conference Centre is located at the complex, capable of holding 300 people.

Adgar Plaza office complex in Mokotow district in Warsaw will become even more friendly to working parents. September 1, 2012, the largest network of non-public nursery schools in Poland, Orange Choo-choo, opens its new branch.
