Karimpol Poland has chosen PORREAL Poland for a manager of Equator IV, which is situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie. In the framework of contract, PORREAL will be responsible for a full spectrum of services in the field of facility management (including technical and operational services, administration services as well as security and cleaning of the building).

Equator IV offers nearly 35 000 sq. m, 20 130 sq. m of which are intended for offices. The commercial and service part as well as the canteen (682 sq. m) are located on the ground floor. This is the fourth office building situated within the complex at Aleje Jerozolimskie and the eighth investment of Karimpol Group in Warsaw. Equator IV is certified in the BREEAM system at the Very Good level. The author of the architectural project is APA Wojciechowski.
