Inoffice Group is a Polish company which has been specializing in lease of serviced and virtual offices as well as conference halls for over 10 years. It will move into Equator IV at the beginning of September this year. The business part of the capital will allow Inoffice Group to expand services on the Warsaw real estate market. This new tenant will occupy nearly 1500 sq. m in the office owned by Karimpol and it will develop the entire 10th floor. Inoffice Group was represented by Pro Value during the commercialization process.

Inoffice Group is a new tenant in the portfolio of Equator IV. Karimpol has already signed a lease contract with Zdrofit fitness club, which will occupy 1662 sq. m. The club will be placed on two levels and thus it will be one of the largest investments owned by the network in Warsaw. Both JLL and Colliers are responsible for commercialization of this project.
Equator IV delivers nearly 35 000 sq. m (20 130 sq. m of office leasable space and 682 sq. m on the ground floor intended for commercial and service part and canteen). This is the fourth office of the complex situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie and the eighth investment of Karimpol Group in Warsaw. The office building and the entire area will be fully adjusted to the disabled. Equator IV is certified in the BREEAM system at the Very Good level. The author of the architectural project is APA Wojciechowski studio.
At present, the scaffolding is being dismounted at the construction site at Aleje Jerozolimskie 100. Hence, Equator IV will be soon totally exposed. Sanitary units were performed up to the 9th floor and the works on the roof layers were completed. The general contractor – Warbud SA – is conducting installation works on the technical tier and seven elevators are currently being installed.
