Peakside Capital has sold two office buildings in Warsaw: Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza. These investments are situated in the city center in close proximity to two important hubs and the main business center – Rondo ONZ. Both 7-floor office buildings offer 31 869 sq. m. Numerous restaurants, medical centers, bank, chemistry and premium fashion shops operate within commercial and service part. What's more, tenants have 410 parking spaces at their disposal.
By operating on behalf of our customer, Peakside has successfully executed the improvement plan of Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza, which consisted in renovation of the buildings, lease of the vacant buildings and improvement of the commercial offer. The sales transaction of the two office buildings: Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza to CPI Property Group was finalized on May 29, 2018. The seller is Peakside Capital, which has been operating as a spin-off of the investment bank – Merrill Lynch – since 2010. The company manages the funds and properties located mainly in Germany and the countries of Western Europe. Peakside is currently managing the assets of the value amounting to over 1 billion euro gross.
