JLL – as a manager of structures owned by Peakside – will be responsible for operational and financial management of such investments as Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza located at Jan Paweł II 27 – 29 Avenue. The first of the offices has 7 tiers. There are ca. 17 400 sq. m of office and commercial area located in it and over 200 parking places in un underground garage. Moreover, the building received the BREEAM In-Use certificate in 2014. Atrium Plaza, which is situated next to Atrium Centrum, has 14 589 sq. m of office and commercial area on the ground floor as well as underground garage. The location at Jan Paweł II Avenue provides tenants of the offices with convenient connection with the other parts of Warsaw – with the use of tram, bus and metro lines.
