Three companies, which occupy office space in Atrium Plaza and Atrium Centrum buildings, decided to extend lease agreements. These partnerships occupy jointly 1500 sq. m.

Thanks to perfect locations in the center of Warsaw, Atrium Plaza and Atrium Centrum arouse great interest among tenants. Recently signed agreements, which extend the rental of space, demonstrate that both locations have established position on the office properties market. Only lately we signed lease agreements on nearly 1,5 thousand sq. m, and from the beginning of the year – on over 4 thousand sq. m, new tenancies of which constitute ca. 35 per cent – says Monika Zalewska, Asset Manager in Peakside Polonia Management.

Tax Care extended a lease agreement on 270 sq. m of office space in Atrium Plaza building. The company is the first international network offering services from the area of accounts and financing consulting. It is specialized in service of small enterprises.

Home Broker occupies the office with 325 sq. m in Atrium Centrum. The company provides intermediary services in a real estate and offers complex service of consulting on different stages of planning and making transactions.

Atrium Centrum turned out to be a good place for Peter Nielsen company – a modern legal office, which provides technical assistance in i.a. real estate, commercial, energy and labor law as well as bankruptcy act. The area of rented building totals 550 sq. m.

Both seven-tier offices belong to Peakside Polonia Management and they are located at Jana Pawła II Avenue. Atrium Plaza offers 14 700 sq. m, whereas certified in BREEAM Atrium Centrum – 17 300 sq. m of modern office space.
