Bobrowiecka 8, an investment situated in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district, gains new tenants. Two companies from DANONE – Żywiec Zdrój and NUTRICIA Poland Group are to move into the complex and occupy ca. 4300 sq. m (with a secured expansion option for the future). The strategy, which consists in office relocation and consolidation, is prepared by the consultants of Office Space Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
This is one of the most advanced projects involving many scenarios which we’ve recently managed to implement. The relocation from two foregoing places to a new address, that is a modern office building, means both higher comfort and better quality for the employees. This also helps to achieve higher work productivity and easier management, which results from close proximity – says Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Director of Office Lease Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
This solution meets our expectations on the business and human ground. It’s extremely important to us to create better, friendlier, more effective and comfortable work conditions in compliance with our values. On the one hand, we’ve been searching for a convenient location, optimal for the places where our offices were located. On the other hand, we needed larger and more innovative space. This wasn’t an easy process but it ended successfully. We’re still working on providing the best conditions to our employees so that they could operate in this new space most effectively – says Małgorzata Kołodrub, Director of Communications, Poland and the Baltic countries, DANONE Group.
