Two office parks owned by GTC have obtained certificates in the EU GreenBuilding programme. The European Commission has granted the energy efficiency certificates to University Business Park and Centrum Biurowe Francuska. Both investments have been completed in 2010.

According to the conditions of the GreenBuilding programme, which is realized since 2005, the certified properties have to consume at least 25% less energy than a typical office building of the same class, designed and constructed in accordance to the provisions of the Polish law. In the case of University Business Park and Centrum Biurowe Francuska, the energy savings have reached 40%.

University Business Park is located in Łódź. The complex offers a total of 37 500 sq. m of office space, which is rented by Kredyt Bank, AEGON, Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie Warta and Bankruptcy Management. NOW Biuro Architektoniczne, an office from Łódź, is responsible for the investment project, while Strabag is the general contractor.

Centrum Biurowe Francuska has been created in the centre of Katowice. The total office space of 21 700 sq. m is rented by Ruch, Bank Millenium, Nordea Bank, Philips Lighting and Berlitz. The investment project was designed by APA Wojciechowski. Hochtief Polska was the general contractor.
