The commercialization process of .KTW I was being carried out simultaneously with the commencement of construction works. Now its threshold is crossed by almost five hundred people every day. This number, however, is still increasing as new tenants are constantly moving into the building and intense recruitment processes are being carried out. The list of current companies includes: Fujitsu, Teleperformance, EY, TDJ S.A. and Gastromall Group.
The latest investment is space of the size amounting to 530 sqm for Bank Handlowy in Warsaw S.A. on the eighth floor. It'll be occupied by Citigold Department from October, servicing private banking customers. Talks with future tenants concerning long-term lease are almost finalized.
The largest leaseholder right now is Fujitsu Global Service Delivery Unit (GSDU), a Japan company that specializes in delivering services and products to Fujitsu and customers from all over the world. Its departments are situated in Russia, Portugal, Philippines, Malaysia, India and Costa Rica. GSDU occupies office space on two out of four available floors.
The first employees who started their work in .KTW I in June are the employees of EY. There are currently ca. 130 people working in the office on the seventh floor. They specialize in a number of audit, consulting, legal and accounting services. There is also a gastronomic premises “City Break” launched in July. It’s a proprietary concept of Gastromall Group which is specially dedicated to the .KTW complex.
We already feel a part of this society concentrated around .KTW I; employees, inhabitants of Katowice, guests of Spodek and the International Conference Center – says Piotr Niemiec, owner of Gastromall Group.
Teleperformance Poland is a company that located its second Polish head office on the second level of .KTW I. It supports products of one of the most recognizable producers of usable electronics (computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.) in the world. The employees of TDJ will occupy their office on the sixth floor of .KTW I in the second half of September. This floor has also a spacious observation deck.
