Ghelamco Poland, a resilient company on the office market, has become a partner of TSKŻ responsible for building the new seat of the organization and the Jewish Theatre (Teatr Żydowski). After the TSKŻ building is constructed, a modern office building will be constructed on the remaining part of the parcel.
The realization of the investment will have two phases, thanks to what the Jewish Theatre will be able to function uninterruptedly. In the first phase, the new seat of TSKŻ will be built together with premises for the Jewish Theatre. During the second phase of the investment, an office building will be constructed on the space currently occupied by the theatre. The theatre’s premises will occupy about 70% of TSKŻ new building.
TSKŻ and Ghelamco will invite entries for an architectural contest, although the official date is still unknown. 8-10 best global architects will be invited to participate in the contest. During this year’s MIPIM fair, Andrew Bromberg has expressed his interest in the project.
