The official opening of the Teofilów Business Park has been celebrated on October 20th. Among the participants were the representatives of the investor - Arka BZ WBK Fundusz Rynku Nieruchomości 2 FIZ, representatives of the authorities of Łódź and other invited guests.
The construction works started at the end of April 2010. The first property to be finished, building C, has been constructed on Traktorowa Street in the industrial part of the Teofilów neighbourhood. It offers the tenants over 8 700 sq. m of office space on eight floors. The ground floor is designed for service and commercial facilities.
The business park will consist of four 9-storey buildings of a total rental space of 40 000 sq. m. The investment offers rental space particularly to service and BPO sectors.
