Artelia Sp. z o.o. has prepared a concept of a project of Polkomtel’s office. The 2.700 sq. m office will provide greater functionality for the call-center activity. Most of the workplaces will be designed as open-space. Groups of workplaces will be separated with partitions that provide acoustic and visual isolation. Social and training rooms will be created as well. Beplan Architecture will be the General Constructor of the interiors.
The technical rooms have been enlarged and adjusted to the special needs of Polkomtel. The call center will work 24/7, that’s why it is necessary to provide continuous supplies of electricity.
ARTELIA and Beplan have been chosen in the bidding procedure to cooperate on preparing the turnkey spaces for our present tenants in Park Biznesu Teofilów. In accordance to the concluded rent contracts, we provide our tenants with finished spaces ready to move in – says Seweryna Afanasjew, Director of the Real Estate Holding of the Real Estate Fund Arka and Member of the Management Board of PD3 Sp. z o.o.
