Grażyna Kulczyk with an office building in London

The richest woman in Poland invested in office space. Grażyna Kulczyk bought an office building located in London’s West End.

As Savills informs, Grażyna Kulczyk invested 39,25 million GBP in an office building located on Duke Street 6 in London, in the center of the elegant Mayfair district. The real estate of 3 043 sq. m is rented by 11 tenants, i.a. Hedfesupport or Lord North Street.

Michał Ćwikliński from Savills claims that this transaction may pave the way to Western European markets for other Polish investors. He says: This is the first that spectacular purchase of commercial real estate done by a Polish investor in London. it confirms a fashion that is very popular recently, according to which Polish investors are becoming more and more active in the commercial real estate market.
