Alchemia will be well-communicated

Gdańsk's Alchemia will be a proof that locating a building in the city center doesn't necessarily have to mean difficulties for it's tenants.

Gdańsk. The communication system will change with the completion of the most modern office-services complex in Tricity. Developer assures that the changes will benefit traffic fluency.

Investment's good communication is one of the key conditions determining its success. Gdańsk's Alchemia originators based on a similar assumption. The new communication system will include it's location near a fast, three-lane section of Aleja Grunwaldzka.

- Investment's good location is a part of what makes it attractive, but even the best location means nothing if there is no convienient, safe and well marked access to it's area. That's why investment area's communication is one of the most important factors determining its future success - says Meciej Brożek from Turus company, developer of Alchemia in Gdańsk.

Planned together with the change of communication system is construction of an intersection with traffic lights coupled with nearby roundabout, adding a lane for left turn (for those driving from Gdynia and Sopot) as well as an exit lane ( for those driving from Gdańsk), all of which will make access to the grounds easier. Additionaly, two independent exits will be made ( from Grunwaldzka and Kołobrzeska St. sides ).

Good news for drivers is the planned creation of a separate parking lot for all of Alchemia's (including the sport-recreation centre's) guests and clients as well as preparation of nearly 400 parking areas in inestment's first phase. Bicycle parking with full facilities (changing rooms and showers) will also be created. Pedestrians will have no need to complain either, as a new crossing from Szybka Kolej Miejska shall be made as well. Planned for construction is also an aboveground walkway over Aleja Grunwaldzka, which will allow an even easier and safer crossing to the other side of Tricity's main street connecting Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia.
