It is the fifth award in eight years for CBRE, the biggest counseling company in the world working in the commercial real estate sector and hiring about 34 000 employees. CBRE globally took the first place in the following categories: Property Valuation, Lease Consultancy and Market Research. The company was honoured with the first place also as an advisor in the region of North America, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in 18 individual countries, including Poland.
The ranking was made by Euromoney, which every year conducts a survey among their readers in order to search for the best advisors, developers and banks of the real estate sector on the global and regional scale, as well as in individual countries. Participants of the research were decision people in corporate and financial matters in big companied in over 160 countries.

Altogether, CBRE won 65 individual awards at Euromoney Real Estate Awards. In Poland, it took the first place in three categories: Advisor, Property Valuation, Market Research.
