The start of Synergy Park

The industrial park has begun its activity near the biggest interchange in Central Europe.

On September 28th four corner stones were placed simultaneously in the Synergy Park and the activity of this office and industrial park has been officially open. The property, situated near the Gliwice-Sośnica interchange of A1 and A2 motorways, is the biggest similar complex in Central Europe and offers 73 ha of land.

The development of the two first projects has already begun in the zone: an investment of a chain of installation wholesale companies BMS PLUS, and an investment of Export-Import E.M. Dobrzyński – a distributor of Sanit Aisenberg and Abusanitair brands. Two other companies, KSB Pompy i Armatura and Nexter, a distributor pf pharmaceutical products, will begin the construction works soon. The total value of these four first undertakings will amount to 60 million PLN. About 2 thousand people will be employed in the newly built facilities.

The complex in the Gierałtowice district has been created on the initiative of KPE Metropolis, the owner of lands and investment properties located in the Katowice urban area. The plots in Synergy Park are planned to be rented mostly  for storage and production investments, distribution centres and office buildings.
