Opole. The 10 million worth investment will allow the companies providing services for businesses to develop.

Opolskie Centrum Wysokich Technologii na Rzecz Zrównoważonego Rozwoju is to be Opolskie Voivodeship capital's another A-class building offering high lease standards. The structure is going to deliver 1500 m2 of total area (755 m2 of office area)  to the market, intended for offices of ATMOTERM S.A as well as other companies in the environmental protection industry, IT and enterprises providing outsourcing services.

Centrum Wysokich Technologii project, being realized under Regional Operation Plan of Opolskie Voivodeship, plans to introduce high quality technologies, as well as provides low energy consumption, which minimizes its impact on the environment.

- The idea behind Centrum Wysokich Technologii is creating a special area, in which dynamically developing companies providing services for businesses could develop, and thus realize their market objectives. We're also inviting small, newly created companies with potential and ideas to CWT, where we'll offer them preferential lease terms, equip their workstations and provide business support should they need it. The building is meant to be energy efficient and equipped with latest ICT infrastructure, which is definitely going to decrease its impact on the environment - tells us Marek Krzemiński, Director for Resources and Technologies, ATMOTERM S.A.

Centrum Wysokich Technologii will be an ideal place for companies from B2B sector, as well as newly created companies loking for professional support in the development of their businesses. The project is being financed by EU in 50%. Construction of Centrum Wysokich Technologii is planned for completion in second half of 2013.
