Oxygen Park in Warsaw
Yareal Polska's latest office project has been rated "Very Good" in the BREEAM certification system.

The construction of the first building belonging to the office complex Oxygen Park in Warsaw has been completed in April 2013. Presently, block “B” is under construction, and the works are planned to finish by November 2013. The complex has recently received the confirmation of ecological and energy efficient solutions that were used in the construction – it received the BREEAM certificate on the “Very Good” level.

The solutions designed for Oxygen Park constitute an element of our long-term strategy based on the principles of sustainable development. We care for the environment, constructing buildings which are friendly for nature and their occupants, which also translated into the tenant’s financial profits. We sign agreements (called “green lease”), in which the tenant and the owner agree to cooperate in finding ecological solutions. – said Katarzyna Oleksińska, Head of Office Projects Department at Yareal Polska.

Sylwia Piechnik, Head of Sales and Leasing at Yareal Polska, adds: - I have observed that tenants become more and more aware of ecological solutions employed in office buildings, especially those which optimise the costs of lease.

Electricity consumption in Oxygen Park is going to be over 11% lower than in conventional buildings. The building is equipped with tilting windows and light control system in the rest rooms, employing motion detection. The facade has significant insulating properties, and inside the building there is installed the Building Management System.

The complex is going to offer 18,400 sq m of total space in two 6-storey buildings. Oxygen Park was designed by JEMS Architekci.
