Alma Tower has its foundation stone

The ceremony of laying the cornerstone of Alma Towerin Cracow
The erection act was signed by the people associated with the investment and the city's architecture
On May 22, the ceremonial laying of the cornerstone of the office investment Alma Tower in Cracow.

In a special tent which was pitched on the construction area of the office building Alma Tower in Cracow everyone associated with the project gathered in order to participate in the official ceremony of signing the erection act and laying the cornerstone. Among the guests were: the representatives of UBM Poland developer, the general executor PORR Poland and the architects of the offices responsible for the design - Bartłomiej Łobaziewicz and Piotr Nawara from nsMoonStudio, Stanisław Deńko from Wizja Biuro Architektoniczne and Jacek Loos from UBM Polska. The representatives of local authorities were also presented, as well as the agent responsible for the commercialization of Alma Tower, Knight Frank company.

The office building rises near Pilotów 10 street and its construction began in September 2012. It will offer 10 000 sq meters of space. Half of it have been already hired to Alma Market S. A. and dependent companies.

We construct the building with 14 ground levels that will distinguish oneself thanks to its innovative elevation. We plan to commission the building in May 2014. Keeping in mind the comfort of future lessees, all materials used during the construction of Alma Tower will be eco friendly and user friendly as well. The building received pre certificate LEED – CS 2009 on the highest, platinum level while being under construction- Peter Obernhuber, Board Member of UBM Polska emphasizes.

UBM has been operating in Poland since 1993, so this year marks twentieth anniversary of its activity. The investments are run on the market of real estate, hotel and housing. In its portfolio, one may find such investments as Andel's Hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel, or the housing project in Cracow - Villa Galicja.
