We are very glad about gaining our first tenant. Chatham Financial chose Kotlarska 11 due to both location and boutique character of the project. The new tenant is to occupy more than 1600 sq. m. Chatham Financial is a global consulting company which specializes in risk management and technological solutions. Its departments are located in the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. The company is to occupy the part of fourth and fifth floors in Kotlarska 11. The owner of the building – UBM Poland developer company – was represented by Knight Frank during the lease transaction.
We have been present in Krakow since 2007. Due to stable development of our company, we needed a bigger office with the highest standards of quality and convenient location for our employees. The choice fell on Kotlarska 11. Kotlarska 11 is located in close proximity to Grzegorzeckiego roundabout and Galeria Kazimierz in Krakow. Its building started this year. The office is to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2017. The structure is being realized by UBM Poland developer company, whereas the project was devised by Ingarden & Ewy Architekci. The building offers more than 11 600 sq. m, 9000 sq. m of which are intended for offices.
