T-Mobile Office Park has been commissioned in May 2013, and at the end of June its main tenant – T-Mobile company – has moved in. The project offers the office space of almost 40 000 sqm and is located in Mokotów district in Warsaw, at 12 Marynarska Street.

The project is also a perfect example of sustainable construction, as exemplified by the first BREEAM ecological certification with Excellent rating in Poland, obtained by the building this July. The complex is one of the five ones completed in Europe, which have obtained BREEAM certification with Excellent rating. Simultaneously, it is the first office investment in Poland, which has received such a high result. Obtaining ecological certification by T-Mobile Office Park means that Ghelamco has in its portfolio already six certified office buildings. It is the only developer in Poland with such a big number of office spaces with BREEAM certification.
