50 thousand of offices can rise in Cracow

Gremi Group put up for sale the parcels in Krowodrza district in Cracow, which can be then changed into office and residential buildings.

KCI Krowodrza Sp. z o.o. and KCI Development Sp. z o.o. companies, both belonging to Gremi Group, controlled by Grzegorz Hajdarowicz, have chosen Knight Frank company for their counselor and broker of parcels located in Krowodrza district in Cracow.

The area, which has been put up for sale, is situated within the streets Wrocławska, Racławicka and Poznańska and offer joint area of ca. 8,5 ha. According to the initial architectural project, five office buildings of joint area of ca. 50 000 sqm will be constructed, as well as residential buildings with floor space of ca. 80 000 sqm., which is1600 flats of 50 sqm.

The project assumes dividing the area into segments that will be marked by road arrangement (internal roads). Media will be applied to each segment. In addition, land development conditions and then a project with building permit will be formulated for all the segments. Prepared in such a way, with legally binding building permits, they will be sold by the current owner.  

Currently, the projects for flats with legally binding building permit are ready to be sold  on the area of two segments. Completion of land developing conditions for the rest of the areas is planned for December 2013, while a scheduled date of receiving the rest of building permits is May 2014.

Land parcels are located about 2,5 km from Old Town, in the neighbourhood of the rising Fast Agglomeration Rail.
