German bank Helaka provides loan for Curzon Capital Partners III LP fund to buy Mokotów Nova, an investment in Warsaw.

Helaba has granted Curzon Capital Partners III LP, which is managed by Tristan Capital Partners, a 75-mln euro loan to take over an office real property Mokotów Nova. Curzon Capital Partners III LP recently has purchased Mokotów Nova complex, which formerly belonged to Ghelamco.

The Mokotów Nova complex, located in the centre of Mokotów and finished in 2012, consists of two interconnected buildings, arranged in such a way to form four separate parts. It offers over 40 000 sqm of class A office space  as well as a three-level underground parking with 1000 parking lots. The building was given the ecologic BREEAM certificate with Very Good level, it also participates in the European Commission’s programme – Green Building Programme.

Such companies as Oriflame, Hyundai Motor Poland, BMW, Medicover, LG Electronics Polska and Lego Poland are based in Mokotów Nova. The overall value of the purchase was 121 M. Euro.

This transaction is a next step for Helaba, a German bank that is present in Poland from 2006, is a yet another step towards the real property market of the Central Europe.

Tristan Capital Partners, buyer of the Mokotów Nova, is a real property management company specialised in public and private sector in Great Britain and the continental Europe.
