Diebold company, international supplier of self-service devices for a bank sector, became a leaseholder of space in Adgar Plaza B building. New leaseholder will occupy 447sqm on a 6th storey.
Another change is a relocation of Mostostal Warszawa's offices. The company will vacate 3000sqm in Adgar Plaza B and will move into Adgar Business Centre II. Due to that Mostostal will gather all its offices in one building which had been built to meet up its needs.
In Adgar Business Centre complex, a complex modernization of elevation is carried out, and it is supposed to be completed in July 2011. Finishing works in a restaurant has also started, and its opening is planned this autumn.
