Casa Chic, an Italian company, have invested in erection of a business centre in Sofia, they plan to open the complex in the 3rd quarter of 2011. A multifunctional building is located in Boulevard Bulgaria in the very city centre of the capital city of Bulgaria.
The project is co-financed by UniCredit Bulbank whereas Forton International is responsible for its commercialisation.
