HB Reavis Group during press conference in Pure Sky Club announced schedule of implementation of construction of a Konstruktorska Business Center. The firm informed that the construction works of the underground part are going to be completed in October.
We are pleased that the works are proceeding according to plans. (…) This is the first step towards our firm’s wider expansion in Warsaw and Poland’s market, not only in the office sector but also in the sector of retail spaces – said Stanislav Frnka, the managing director of HB Reavis in Poland.
The topping out ceremony is scheduled for April 2012. Epstein, an architectural studio, designed the building.
