PepsiCo leased nearly 6 300 sq. m. of warehouse surface and 256 sq. m. of office space within logistics centre Tulipan Park Warszawa.
The centre is located in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw on a 32 ha plot. Park offers 140 sq. m. of warehouse and production space. Before long, there will available an offer for small tenants called small boxes – surfaces from 500 sq. m. intended for smaller tenants.
The developer of the logistics centre Tulipan Park Warszawa is Segro.
