A new building belonging to district court and regional court will be erected in Poznan. Skanska will be responsible for the implementation of the investment worth of 100 m PLN – as we read on wnp.pl.
The new building is going to consist of four aboveground floors, which will be occupied with office rooms, courtrooms as well as a boardroom for 450 people. There will be over 300 rooms in total. There is also going to be a 3-storey underground car park. The surface of the Court House will be 37 500 sq. km.
According to the agreement, the execution of the building will take 67 months.
