Gdańsk's development company Torus declared that a leading agent of Arkońska Business Park will be CB Richard Ellis. Business Park is one of the best in the region of Tri-City.
Arkońska Business Park is a complex of 5 A class offices. A total space amounts to almost 30 000sqm. Tri-City's office market as a whole is currently fourth the biggest office market in Poland.
The first stage of the investment was ready-made in 2008 - it offers over 11 000sqm of high class offices. The second stage was finalized at the end of 2009/beginning of 2010 - 18 600sqm of office space was offered to lease. The half has already been leased.
