The arrangement of Renaissance Tower building, which is owned by REF – a partnership depended on BPH TFI, is nearing the end.

Renaissance Tower building offers 17 000 sq. m of rentable area (18 900 sq. m of total space) and it is located at Skierniewicka Street in Warsaw Wola. Xplan company is performing modernization of 13 elevator halls as well as development of the whole ground floor together with reception at the request of the structure’s owner. The scope of conducting works includes: modernization of ventilation, air-conditioning and electric installations, general construction works, delivery of wall linings, new lighting, stone floors and reception furniture. The modernization project of 565 sq. m of area was prepared by architectural Stoform Studio.

 

Currently we are realizing nearly 4000 sq. m of office space in the whole Poland. We already know that 2015 will be even more busy. We are also joining the other projects such as: office in Anwin company and Libra Verde restaurant located in Libra Business Center in Warsaw. We are proud that more and more tenants and developers entrust us with the work in their areas – comments Kaczmarczyk, partner in Xplan company.

 

At the same time, arrangement works, which are being realized by Xplan in Gdańsk Neptun Ofice Center owned by Hines Poland, are nearing the end. Xplan is responsible for arrangement of area for such tenants as: HSBC, TF Bank and Comarch. The occupied space totals not more than 1000 sq. m.
