Poland is a macro-economically stable country, where there is no threat of various natural disasters. It means a heightened safety for the one who invests. An increasing demand for offices among international corporation in has been observed the BPO sector. A large number of corporations have their service centres in Poland.

Jones Jang LaSalle’s analysts in their report drew attention to the fact that in terms of the offered office space Poland belongs to the most attractive markets. What contributes to our position in the very forefront are increasing demand for offices, the projected increase in rents and property values.

According to the report the global value of office property investment transactions reached 155 bn USD in 2010. This year’s value is expected to rise to 190 bn USD, which will be caused by increase in office buildings’ prices.
