Investments located in Warsaw were awarded in the prestigious contest held by a monthly magazine Eurobuild. The prize for the best urban design in Poland was given to Centrum Nauki Kompernika. Crown Square at Rondo Daszynskiego was recognised as the best office building. Professionals of the real property market decided to award the Rondo 1 investment. In turn, tenants gave the highest rate to Grunwaldzki Center, Wrocław
Among developers Skanska Property was awarded in the category of sustainable investor. This year’s gala was also an opportunity to sum up the last few years on the real property market. GTC was declared the developer of the decade on the office market. ECE Projektmanagement was awarded with a prize for the commercial developer of the year. Dom Development won in the category of housing development.
The special award for lifetime achievements was given to David Mitzner, founder of Rida Development as well as co-founder and President of Apollo-Rida Poland who was born in Warsaw. Rida Development is one of the biggest companies operating within the real estate market in USA.
