Domaniewska Office Hub investment, a major project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA (PHN), received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The complex obtained 74.19 per cent and it is on the second place in the Polish ranking of office structures which received the final certificate in this system at the highest level (Excellent).
Domaniewska Office Hub was designed on the basis of the highest standards of sustainable construction, thanks to which it is signed into rigorous criteria settled by the BREEAM certification system – says Andrzej Dyda, Chairman of Office for Investment Realization, Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA. It is worth mentioning that the investment of PHN SA has already received the BREEAM Design Stage certificate for the design stage at the Excellent level.
Domaniewska Office Hub is located in close proximity to Domaniewska and Wołoska Streets in the Warsaw Mokotów district. Two buildings of the complex offer 27 000 sq. m of office and service area intended for lease. Tenants may benefit from over 430 parking places located in a two-level underground car park around the complex. The investment was commissioned in July this year.
