A company delivering services in the area of human resources management and personal consultancy – Adecco – made a decision on moving one of its departments in Gdańsk to Alchemia. In the complex there will be a business line of the company, which specializes in temporary work as well as medium and lower grade recruitment. The headquarters will be located on nearly 250 sq. m on the ground level of the second stage of the complex. We have been observing for years that the business concentrates in the Oliwa district – in modern office buildings realized in this part of Gdańsk. We want to be closer to our clients thanks to a modern, comfortable and well-communicated place such as Alchemia. The close proximity to the University of Gdańsk is also of great importance, since we have gained candidates eager to work for our clients from that place – Marta Maciejewska, Branch Manager of Adecco Poland, says.
Adecco has been operating in Poland since 1994. The company owns more than 50 offices of temporary and permanent work as well as onsite headquarters – local representatives, which are created for crucial clients.
A developer of the multifunctional Alchemia complex is Torus. The first stage of this investment, which was commissioned at the end of December 2013, offered 16 700 sq. m of office space. A recreation and sport center was also realized within this stage on 4600 sq. m. It offers e.g. swimming pools, saunas, fitness club and sport hall. The structure was sold in August last year and its new purchaser is an entity which is a joint venture between Bluehouse Capital Advisor Ltd and REINO Dywidenda Plus SA managed by REINO Partners. The second stage of the investment was commissioned in October 2015. The project offered nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space. In March this year, the company was purchased by a company depended on Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA. At present, the realization of the third stage – 14-tier building, which will be the largest free standing office in northern Poland, is being conducted. The building will deliver nearly 39 000 sq. m of leased area. The completion of this structure is planned on the third quarter of 2017.
