HolidayCheck with a new office in the Warsaw Old Town

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage
A new tenant – HolidayCheck – moves into Business with Heritage, which is situated in the Warsaw Old Town.

Senatorska Investment, the owner of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage, handed over new office space. An operator of one of the biggest travel websites has recently moved into the office. HolidayCheck Poland rented ca. 250 sq. m. Kancelaria Brochocki legal office represented the travel operator during the negotiation process.

 

HolidayCheck is another tenant which moved into the building this year. Restauracje Krawczyk launched a new premises in March, that is “Warszawski Sznyt”. It is a two-level restaurant with a gastronomic garden.

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage is a four-tier office and retail building class A+. It was designed by RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrosky architectural studio. The total leasable space amounts to 5680 sq. m. The tenants have 1626 sq. m of office and retail space at the level of ground floor and first floor from plac Zamkowy at their disposal, as well as 3851 sq. m of office space located on higher tiers. The office is certified in the BREEAM system at the Very Good level. The investment was recognized by the jury of the EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards competition, which granted the award in the category of the best modernization of the year 2015 in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
