Alfa and Beta Attract Tenants

Domaniewska Office Park - Alfa
Alfa and Beta arouse growing interest among tenants, who have recently rented 1600 sq. m in these two buildings.

Alfa and Beta belong to Domaniewska Office Park complex in Warsaw. Both buildings arouse growing interest among tenants. The new lease contract in Alfa was signed by AVALON Foundation whereas one of the existing tenants – AFM – decided to stay in this location for longer. The total space of both transactions amounts to 1200 sq. m. Beta has also gained a new tenant. The building was chosen by Multi Communications which rented almost 400 sq. m of office space. The owner of this complex, that is Deka Immobilien fund, was represented by Knight Frank during these lease processes. AVALON Foundation and Multi Communications were advised by Walter Herz.

The recently conducted modernization of both properties had a very positive impact on their image and market perception. Alfa and Beta are perceived by tenants as an attractive location, which favors development of business, and as a friendly working place. The change occurred in entrance lobbies in both buildings – they are bright, modern and cozy. This is not the end of the envisaged changes – says Izabela Dąbrowska, Senior Manager in Department of Office Space Department at Knight Frank.

Alfa and Beta, which belong to Domaniewska Office Park office complex, are situated at Domaniewskiej 50a/b in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Leasable space in each building amounts to over 8600 sq. m. Both buildings have underground garages. There are also canteen and showroom in Beta building.
